1. Participants must be 21 years of age or older and living in the U. S. to enter the drawing. No purchase necessary to enter or win. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Prize winners are responsible for all federal state, and local taxes. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
2. You may register once and will be entered in all drawings. Please only one email per household, multiple entries will be disqualified.
3. Winners will be announced by email. By registering you give us permission to announce your name as the winner, example Jane from California won this months drawing.
4. Prize can not be turned in for money.
5. A Drawing will be held The first week of each month. Winner will be notified by email and prize will be mailed within a week.
6. There will be one (1) winner determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries and the winner will be notified by email. A total of one (1) prize will be awarded each month. Prizes are awarded "as is" and without warranty of any kind expressed or implied.
7. By entering this promotion, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless the shop its, subsidiary and affiliated companies and their respective employees, harmless from any and all liability, claims, loss, damage to persons or property, costs, expenses and actions of any kind related to or arising out of entry into this contest, promotion or resulting from the acceptance or use of any of the prizes awarded, including but not limited to personal injury.
8. Participation in the drawing constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Official drawing rules. We shall not be liable for late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries.
